BKIND & MOVE is a series of different kinds of experiences, all designed to bring you closer to your truest self.  We focus on music, movement and soulful wellness.  

To find ourselves, first we have to find what moves us.  


WHAT: 4 part weekly fitness series, featuring guest instructors and live DJ katiebkind   /// Come for the fitness stay for the food trucks.  Food trucks will be open from 4:30-7:30PM.  Your ticket gives you access to all 4 classes.

Our instructors will guide you through a dynamic class of movement adaptable for anybody.  This class is recommended for all levels of fitness --come as you are.  We can't wait to meet you.

For all of our BKIND + MOVE events, we've carefully selected our instructors, because of their wisdom, intention and heart.  We talked about why they wanted to teach and what moved them to enter the healing space. 


STEVE PROCKNAL of PYB, November Project, Jen & Steve Speak

Steve is a Division 1 soccer player and endurance athlete who has a passion for service oriented yoga. He has taught yoga in prisons, to veterans and internationally including Rwanda, Kenya and South Africa. Steve also is a co-founder of the November Project in Buffalo offering free outdoor fitness to the community 52 weeks a year since 2017.  


JEN GRESS of PYB/ Jen & Steve Speak.

Jennifer Gress is a former CPA, working for PwC & Sony Music, New York City and the Walt Disney Company, London UK. After having 3 children, she pivoted to a career in wellness as a yoga instructor and speaker. Jennifer has created yoga programs for the Buffalo Public Schools and teaches to women at Journey's End Refugee Center. She also proudly supports Buffalo Prep and serves on the Board of Trustees at girls' school Buffalo Seminary.



JUDY SINISCALCHI of Garage Fitness Studio

I believe in the profound impact of positive energy.  Because if I can help you change your day, maybe that could change your week, which would change your month, and that could change your year. All it takes is one good day to be a better parent, a better boss, a better partner. A better version of yourself.

In 2016, I set out to create a space to make that happen. A heart space and a head space. A place where the most hardworking, positive people would find each other and sweat, inspire, and connect.

When I started Garage Fitness Studio , it wasn't about changing the world, it was about making a place that kicked our asses and sent us on our way more motivated to take on our day and our lives.
You all made this community a place where a busy working mom and a first time fitness-class-goer could all come together to see the badass in themselves and in each other and demonstrate just what the hell GARAGE FITNESS STUDIO is about.

CARLY DONOWICK of Reform Fitness

Carly is passionate about all things sports and fitness. Growing up as a competitive figure skater, Carly went on to get certified in Hatha Yoga, Zumba, and Orange Theory Fitness. 

Carly will whip you into shape with her sense of humor and challenging routines. Music is a key element in all of her classes. 




BOBBI STOKES of Be Ok Studio

Bobbi Stokes is the owner and main instructor at Be OK studio.  After bartending for over 10 years, she wanted to do something that both her and her family would be proud of.  Her love for yoga inspired her to pursue a career where she would be able to help people both physically and more importantly, mentally.  She has her 200hr YTT training along with group fitness and Barre certifications.  More recently, she has found her major passion and that is to bring others the energy and the camaraderie of Buti Yoga.  This practice brings everyone in the room together in such a special way.  Be OK studio is located in Youngstown, NY with their newest locations in Lewiston.  


For each BKIND + MOVE event, the music will change depending on the vibe of the experience.  Some events will be soft and soulful, gently bringing you to a reflective space.  While other events will be bright and wild, pushing you to see what lies dormant inside of you, waiting to come out.  Each experience will be intentionally designed to curate a space where you can unplug and drop in.  Ultimately bringing you to that place where your mind can rest and your heart wakes up.
